When opening Fortnite My Dual Monitors Randomly Lose Connection

When I start up fortnite my Dual Monitor Setup loses connection multiple times sorta turning on and off. It would be ok for a second then it would lose connection again and it would continue doing that until I unplug both the HDMI cables from the back of the graphics cards.

CPU i3 2100
GPU GTX 1050 LP GIGABYTE
PSU EVGA 600w 80+
4gb Ddr3 ram

2) for those with Nvidia GPUs: go to nvidia control panel > change resolution > use Nvidia color settings
