Question when playing csgo stuttering and not working well

I have CPU:i5 8400 , GPU:rtx 2060 xlr8 gaming oc 6gb , Motherboard: asus Z370P ii , 16gb ram 2666mhz, ssd: v-nan 970 evo, nvme m.2, cooler:be quiet pure rock slim, monitor 144hz, Power Supply:be quiet 500w
When I playing csgo, shooting at enemy or moving its not smooth and stuttering at deathmatch i have 300-250fps , first month when I upgrade my graphics card was no problem but now, working not well, idk where is the problem
