Question When playing Valorant, laptop is stuck at 60 FPS, no matter what ?

Laptop model: Dell Latitude E5570

Specs
I7-6820HQ
R7 M370
8GB DDR4 2133Mhz

I think the title is pretty self explanatory. I have turned off V-Sync, turned off all FPS limiters in Valorant and turned off any possible setting that may affect the FPS in Radeon Settings.

But, when I focus out of the game window, it can go around +100fps. Keep in mind, the 60fps is light work for the laptop (only ~30% utilization on gpu, it can go much higher).

Not really urgent, just a little query I have.

What power plan are you using?

Are all system drivers including chipset and GPU up to date?

Hello, thanks for replying.

Right now, I am using the High Performance Power plan.

Newest BIOS from Dell, currently updating my Intel HD drivers, but my dedicated AMD R7 M370 is running the latest available drivers from 2022.
