When streaming I get really bad game FPS.

Hello Community,

I am trying to stream Call of Duty Black Ops 4 using OBS or Streamlabs OBS. I'm pretty sure that I'm doing the correct settings that I've been told by information but when I put the stream on my game starts to lag really bad and my fps just loses a chunk. When not streaming I get around 120 fps but it goes down to 30-40fps when stream is on. I've got no clue as to why it is doing this and it's very frustrating. My CPU states 100% too but I'm unsure why. I've tired both x264 and NVENC.

UPDATE.

Hey community,

So I uninstalled OBS + restarted the computer to make sure it was completely gone and reinstalled. I then done some tweaking to settings not much only a little and used NVENC again to give it one more shot. I've had no problems with the 10 minute stream I just done and I withheld 100fps throught!

I'll pass over a link and you guys can see https://www.twitch.tv/videos/349218935.

I think I've nailed it. Might not have to get a new system and I can now start to stream my game-play where I can show my 33kills and 2deaths games!
