Everything was fine the whole time. Today when I started the system, a black screen appeared with an inscription like " Windows boot up manager --- choose form which device to boot " and there was only my disk where the system is. I reset my PC and this time it boot up normally like always ( I tried reset multiple times but it boot up normally ). Should I be worried ? This never happened to me ( i check C drive with crystal disk info and program shows nothing wrong,, maybe I accidentally clicked something on the keyboard while starting the computer and that's when it appeared? )

Hey there,

Have you other drives attached to the system , that may have had the OS on it before? Or is it just one drive, and now you have issues?
Hey, I have 4 drive's but only 1 have ever OS installed. But recently I did Windows fresh install cuz I had few problems with nvidia drivers ( had old files in Windows.old ). I delete them now(using disk clean up option), maybe that was the problem ?

So, just to be clear. You had the OS on one of the 4 drives? And you installed the OS on another drive in the system? Or was it the same drive?

Ideally you need to disconnect all drives apart from the one you will put windows on. Then install windows, and once complete reconnect the other drives. I suspect your system is picking up and old install which is why it's dual booting.

I install "fresh start with Windows" on the same drive ( but it was couple days ago) . Those 3 other drive's never had OS installed. It's just strange, it happened 1 time and there was only 1 disk to choose from ( that disk where I have OS installed+ file WINDOWS.OLD with files before making "Fresh Start" ). Strange that it happened now, not right away when making Fresh start instalation.

If you install Windows with multiple drives connected, the OS has the bad habit of creating boot partitions on the other drives. So if one of the drives has a random problem sometime when you try booting, it may cause this kind of errors. It's why it's highly recommended to physically disconnect all drives except the one you want as your C before installing Windows.
