When will 1 TB SSD be the norm?

so the 512GB is $300 now. when will we see 1TB for $600? i mean it should be soon right?
i have an old 90GB, and i am thinking of upgrading, when i got mine it was about $400. thats about what i want to spend, but i would rather have the 1TB then the 512...

I would think by the end of 2013, we'll start seeing 1TB drives. 512GB have come down in price quite a bit and are now competitive for $/GB against the 128/256GB models.
