Haswell has been around for a while and is now 3 generations old, when will production stop and all chips be marked with "end of life?" well the k versions anyway.
Being produced, and stock still available to be sold are totally different.
The Devils Canyon/ Haskell Refresh chips are not 'end of life' just yet:http://ark.intel.com/m/products/80811/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz?q=4690k#@product/specifications
But I would expect that to happen within the next 6 months maximum.
