When will the 380"X" be released?

Hello all, I have recently bought the Sapphire R9 380 4GB. I have a few days left before I can return it for a full refund, so far its been great for me and I'm happy with the card. I just want to know when will the R9 380X come out? Should I return the 380 and wait or just stick with the 380?

I don't think it will.. I feel amd may have them refresh of the refresh chips tweaked to there limits now ?? I figure until they come up with a new chip I think what you see is going to be what you get

The full tonga chip will be released when the 960 ti is released. It's gonna happen, it has to. This is the only scenario that makes sense.

There clearly is a laready a full tonga chip, the 380 is in fact the full chip with certain parts disabled.... true

bottom line is only time will tell but still looking at how amd is doing things I would not hold my breath I mean the 380 is just a weaker refreshed 285 so even if there were a x card it still may not be as powerful as the old 280x anyway - so with that whats the point ?? just sales hype maybe ?
