Question Whenever I try to install drivers for the RX 570 an error shows up. Please help!

I bought a second hand RX 570 for my family's PC. Whenever I try and download the drivers for it this error shows up:

Ok, sorry for not providing it earlier. R5 2600x | normally GTX Titan (6GB) but I'm testing out the RX 570 | 16GB 3200MHZ | CORSAIR CX 650M
Monitor is Asus VG2755.

Windows 10 64 bit. I used AMD's Auto-Detect and Install.

Try visiting your task manager, if you see a code 43 error on the device, maybe it had a mining bios on it, mine worked after reflashing it with ATI Flash

I checked the BIOS number and it was the stock one so I really don't know the issue.
