[SOLVED] whenever turning on mobile hotspot pc internet being stopped working

w10 OS. today i bought tp link tl wn823n wifi usb adapter and installed the driver from tp link website, choose v2 driver which is my product version. But whenever turning on mobile hotspot by the adapter using my PC's internet(fiber connection) my pc's internet being stopped working though connected mobile can access internet. that time I am getting all the right pings from all my IP addresses from "RUN" but no internet access for my pc. Please help guys.

Tyvm. btw i saw that update version has last 3 digits 697, though i dont have such update version in my installed update history but my last update on 17june has 699 as last 3 digits. does 699 include 697 too?

KB5014699 for Windows 10 is one of the updates that can cause your problem. That's the one you have installed so my hunch is likely to be correct.
