Where and what microsoft visual c++ do i get ?

Ive just reinstalled windows and i am wondering where and what visual ++ i need to get

Within a couple of days you should have about 15 or so installed automatically. I know that I install Windows 10 for a living and within the first day there are usually about 8 installed.

Exactly. The computer that I am using right now had a clean install about two weeks ago, and I now have 17 different Microsoft Visual C++ packages installed, all done automatically behind the scenes. But for each computer and user it is different, and you only get what you need.
