When I open the explorer and point with the mouse on a
file it gives a little bit information about the file. In
windows 2000 in showed information like the author, the
title of the file etc.
When I do the same in windows XP I don't get this
information anymore. Does anybody know how to get XP to
display this file information?

Hi Paul,

In any explorer window, click on tools >> folder options and flip to the view tab. Select "show
pop-up descriptions for folders...."
