Where can I find drivers for Realtek RTL8187S wireless network adapter

I've been to the realtek website and searched their archives and came up empty, any help would be appreciated as I'm getting ready to update my os.

Looks like the drivers are only available up to Win8.1, but they may work with newer OSs.
