[SOLVED] Where can I find information on overclocking on a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P ?

I was always afraid to overclock, I thought I might break something. But now that I'm building a new computer, I want to try and overclock my old build, a Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 on a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P.

There was a site on Tomshardware that isn't there anymore on overclocking this motherboard. Anyone suggest a place I can start ?
