Question Where can I get my laptop CPU upgraded?

Hi all,
My mum has bought a HP laptop at the cpu runs at 1.10GHz. It's incredibly slow even with an SSD so I was was wondering where to get the CPU upgraded.

Only a tiny number of laptops have upgradeable CPU's, chances are your stuck with what you have. Do you know the model of the laptop?

What cpu is it? In most laptops they are soldered in so not changeable. Even if you can drop in another cpu the laptop may not have sufficient cooling or power design. Then you have the problem of where can you buy a laptop cpu?
