Question Where can one actually *buy* a M.2 2280 SSD supporting TCG OPAL 2.0 and T10-DIF/DIX/PI?

Where does one buy a M.2 2280 (or even 22110 if no other choices exist) SSD supporting TCG OPAL 2.0 and T10-DIF/DIX/PI? MY research has turned up an incredibly short list of SSDs that meet those minimum requirements, and there is no obvious way to purchase them à la Newegg, eBay, or Amazon.
  • Smart Modular DC4800 1
    • M.2 22110
    • TCG OPAL 2.0
    • T10 DIF/DIX
    • Variable sector sizes (512, 520, 4014, 4096, and 4160)
    • SR-IOV (15VF/PF)
    • Up to 256 namespaces
    • Zoned namespaces
    • Power loss protection
    • 1 DWPD over 5 years
  • Solid State Storage Technology Corporation EP7
    • M.2 22110
    • T10 DIF/DIX
    • Zoned namespaces
    • Power loss protection
    • 1.3 DWPD over 3 years
  • Fastro MS570
    • M.2 22110
    • TCG OPAL 2.0
    • T10 DIF/DIX
    • SR-IOV
    • 128 namespaces
    • Power loss protection
    • 27 DWPD over 5 years
I really don’t care about power loss protection, namespaces, or SR-IOV since I only need M.2 for a development laptop. But integrity and hardware security are two must-haves since the CPU is going to be taxed by other workloads already and I do not want software encryption to tank the IOPS.

I absolutely do not want a solution based on dm-integrity as it tanks performance by a half and I would have to sacrifice performance for atomicity of writes.

An alternative might be this:

The Kingston KC600 series doesn’t have T10. SATA drives can’t support it.
