Where did my shut down menu go

I dont know where my shut down menu went

Click CTRL+ALT+DEL, than in the right bottom corner restart and see if its still gone.

Did you by chance minimize/auto hide your task bar (where you normally see the start button)? Hit your windows key (if you have one) or run your mouse to the bottom of the screen to make it unhide if thats the issue, then right click and select properties, then uncheck auto-hide.
