Wherever the psu has 8pin you can connect the cpu and gpu. The side of the cable which has white letters saying 'CPU' and 'PCI-E' are the ones that go to the cpu and gpu accordingly. The other side goes to the psu in any 8pin socket. For the gpu i think it is recommended to use two separate cables and not one even though corsair gives it with a splitter. It is safer with two separate especially for junction temperatures.

You can use any combination, you want. All of those circled connectors are the same.

You most likely do not need to use all of them.
