Where do I plug these in on motherboard?

Ok so I'm building my PC right now and I'm stuck. I have two cables left. One titled "Power SW" and "Reset SW" and I don't know where to plug them in. In the manual I found a pin titled Reset and another pin titled Power but both of those are only one pin slots while the cables are two pin slots. What do I do?

14 on the mobo manual is where they are plugged in.

Those leads are not polarity sensitive.
One pin goes to the pwr/rst pin, and the other to the adjacent ground.
Page 29 section 2.6 has the front panel header diagram.
Use the empty space to orient your view of the header.
