Where does Outlook Express 6 store *.idx files?

I had to reinstall XP on someones old computer and while I exported everything Outlook would let me, AND copied a bunch of files just in case, it seems that any extra folders that the user made themselves don't get exported with the default folders and there is no warning about this. Also, after connecting to the internet after the wipe Outlook Express downloaded all the emails but not the extra folder, which also had emails in it. I'm currently running a slow scan of the drive to see if the *.idx files are still around and salvageable. It would save me a lot of time if someone knew where they were stored. I've looked online but it mostly talks about the default folders. Also, it seems Bell Internet (Canada) doesn't save personal folders on their server. 🙁

According to a Google search, they seem to be in [strike]C:\Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook[/strike]
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\<GUID>\Microsoft\Outlook Express\

Unfortunately I can't verify this right now

It all worked out in the end. Their ISP has a website email interface for people to check their email and it still had all the emails and folders.
