i already cleaned the dust out of pc. please help the noise is rlly bothering me

Also in the bios you should be able to regulate the rpm of your case and cpu fans

yes i cleaned everything im afraid to go to bios im not good at pcs ...how do i do it?

but the pc overall is running at cool temperatures only the noise.. its killing me

go to the bios
Go to the configuration tab
then Fan control & real time monitoring
Lower the rpm's there, and see if it helps

you can always revert if it doens't help

now i finally opened bios what do i do now ?

the instructions should be on the rightbottom corner
change the cpu fan speed

after you have changed the speed - check if you still hear the noise and check your temps on speccy
idle (cpu not really doing much) should be kept lower then 45 degrees celcius

(do you know what kind of cooler you have, photo will do it too)
