This list clearly doesn't add up to 700+ GB and I am wondering why and how to fix it.

Extra Info: This is also my second Hard Drive, and NOT the drive with my OS on it.

Would the backup files be the problem? If so, is it okay to delete?

Yes that's what you space is being consumed by.

Safe to delete - yes, you wont harm the system. Those backup sets go back to 2018.

Ok to delete - is up to you. We don't know what is in them that you might want saved because you've already deleted the originals.

I honestly wouldn't know what program did those, I'll go try and find out. Thank you anyways!
