Where should I plug the “SATA” connector on my chassis into?

I have a ASRock X470 motherboard and a Phanteks Eclipse P350X chassis, there are one of the connector on my chassis that’s is marked as “SATA” but believe it’s not a SSD or HDD connector, because the line seems to extend straight from the chassis power button and USB connectors (audio jack, etc), what should I do with that port to make the chassis buttons function?

Yes, I also read the manual for my chassis, but I didn’t find any “holes” for my power supply that fits this connector.

Thank you! Just one more question, if it connects to the power supply, how does the chassis reach the USB 3.0 on my motherboard? Is it through the SATA, to one of my SSD/HDD and to my motherboard?

The cable that says USB 3.0 on it plugs directly into the 20-pin internal header on the motherboard for USB 3.0.

If you don't have a USB 3.0 internal header, there are adapters that allow you to plug it into a USB 2.0 header, or you could buy a PCIe adapter card that has a USB 3.0 motherboard-style header on it. Note that with a card, any USB sticks you plug into the front of the case won't be bootable.
