Where to buy a Tegra 3 SOC?

I am not sure where to ask this so I figured this is a good start. Where can I buy a Tegra 3 SOC like the one the Ouya uses? I would like to start some development with it.

The average consumer cannot purchase a tegra (unless they purchase a device that uses it)

NVIDIA provides its Tegra products to ODMs and OEMs looking to build devices with these revolutionary capabilities. We expect Tegra-based devices to be available beginning second half of 2009. However, since NVIDIA does not produce and sell the final device, we cannot disclose the names or availability dates of Tegra-based devices until the manufacturers are ready to do so.
