Where to buy cpu heatsinks

Could anyone tell me the web address of the makers of the
noise control Silverado heatsink/fan that was featured in a
review on Tom's Hardware recently.
Alternatively the address of suppliers who may sell this product. I live in U.K but am happy to buy from U.S retailers online if necessary.

That is their homepage. You can access their English ordering page from their homepage, but if you go straight to that ordering page you will not get the additional notes (i.e. Silverado shipping delayed until late April) that are on the homepage. I think that's a pretty important note. If you can't read German, use a translator like Babelfish.
