where to conncet pumps pwm cable on motherboard?

Hi guys,I need advice on where to connect pwm pump cable on motherboard? I tried to connect it to CPU OPT fan header but it seams that than pump doesn't even spin...But when I disconnet it from that header it works at 100% with no problem .So whats the problem? Motherboard in question is Aorus gaming 9 Z270 ,ekwb D5 pwm pump.Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, The board has 2 x system fan/water cooling pump headers.
Try connecting the pump to one of the headers and the radiator fans to CPU and CPU_Opt.

thanks,fans are connected via NZXT grid V2 and pump via dedicated pump header .Now it works flawlessly .Thanks for your help.
