[SOLVED] Where to find latest disk drives driver?

Hey guys ive been having problem with my drives apparently. Keep getting short freezes and "Disk event id 153" along with "storahci event id 129". I've read online that this could be caused by old sata drivers and such, I checked my current drivers and they are indeed from 2006, version 10.0.18362.1

I was wondering where I can find the latest drivers possible for my ssd and hdd? I tried to find it on my mobo page but theres nothing. ( https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M Pro4/#Download )

I am currently using a adata 120gb old ssd and a wd 1tb 7200rpm old hdd if that helps. Cheers.

There's no such thing as drivers for your HDD/SSD's.

Try defragmenting your HDD and run some disk checks.
