Where to find the magic mouse precision setting? (in windows 7)

I don't remember the exact name, but it has magic in it, and it would make it easier to click things that you would need to click, I think it slows down your mouse when it gets close to those things. I remember turning it off and it was hard to put my mouse on something, i over shot it. But I can't find it anymore, where'd it go?

Nope, that makes your mouse snap to any new window that opens. The setting I'm looking for just makes it easier... somehow to click on things. Turning it off would just make it harder to put my mouse on something. It must be called magic because of what it does, it's like magic.
