Where to get custom PSU cables/extensions for EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS?

I know that this power supply doesn't use the standard EVGA cables because its made by Seasonic. Where can I get either custom PSU cables or PSU cable extensions that support Seasonic PSUs for a good price in Canada (I also have a US mailbox if there is a good price there)? I don't need a full kit of them just the 24pin cable, 8pin cpu/eps cable, and 2x 6+2pin pci-e cables in red and black.
