Where to install software?

My new PC has an M2 hard drive with Windows 10 on it. I have two spare standard SSDs which I am also going to put into this new PC. Where is the "best" place to install software on the new PC; on to the M2 Windows drive, or on one of the other two internal SSDs? There is plenty of space on all drives.

Thanks for any help. You guys already helped me pick the graphics cards for my new PC.

what i do is put everything on Boot drive you would need to reinstall if Windows 10 dies, so all applications and drivers

On other drives, install any steam, origin and GOG games as you can re use those if you reinstall win 10. Also, once win 10 installed, move the location of all the library folders (documents, pictures, movies) to one of the ssd so you don't lose all of those if Win 10 dies
