Question Where to plug CPU into modular PSU there's no pins or slot for it?

Hi there , my PC wont boot after I tried to add an SSD. I've tried everything and have tried a new PSU with no luck. My new PSU however is modular and doesn't have pin slots on the front.
I have a cable coming from my pcu ( I think that's it) which I cannot connect anywhere and am completely stumped.
