Where to sell desktop (i7, 1080 ti) and Titan XP?

Hi,

I have been using equipment bought for art exhibitions of one month duration. Because of that I am now sitting on a 1080 TI (nvidia stock) and Nvidia XP (Nvidia stock), both used for a couple of months for art exhibitions and extremely well taken care of.

Does Tom's hardware have a selling section, or is there a recommended website I should used? I moved to NYC from Denmark. I have in the past sold exhibition equipment to people over forums, rather than using websites like ebay etc. But I do now know what people use here in USA.
