download a plus tech test. there also pc repair for dummies. there also a lot of you tube and wiki links out there.
also pick up a book of basic electronics. and a volt meter. there a few math forms that are used over and over in electronics and pc techs. (knowing how to read parts).also look on ebay sometime you can pick up for a few $$ repair guilds for devices.
