whic one is best in gpu 1060 series

Most are good, depends on which price a certain model is sold at.

The 1060 3gb are different from the 1060 6gb models. So you would compare only 3gb cards to each other, or only 6gb cards to each other, depending on your budget. As for all the different brands, well they all offer things like warranties, customer service, quality of components such as fans and heatsinks, to differentiate themselves from each other. Decide what's important to you and choose the one that offers that in your budget.
