I'm looking to add an SSD to my ThinkPad X200, which takes 1.8 inch SATA disks. My budget it around $200, and I need at least 60 GB.

The OCZ Vertex 2 1.8" SSD seems like just the job, but it hasn't been available for a long time and I have no idea if any more are coming.

Are there any alternatives out there in this format, capacity, performance and price range?

I made a mistake, the X200 takes 2.5 inch disks, not 1.8 inch ones (got mixed up with the X301). So I've gone for the OCZ Vertex 2 extended 90 GB. Sorry about the noise.
