Which 1080 should I get?

Hello all,

I know it might not matter and probably asked before (though I cant find the exact question I want to ask), so I apologize in advance.

Prices of the GTX 1080 seem to have went down and Amazon is offer installment payments (no credit required) so its great. So I am deciding one one of these:

ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Turbo Graphic Card TURBO-GTX1080-8G)
or
ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 8GB ROG STRIX Graphics Card (STRIX-GTX1080-8G-GAMING)

Difference is about 50 bucks (and Stix is out of stock until next week so no biggie) and I know the clocking speed on the STIX is higher plus it has more fans. Does it matter with the difference? Should I just get the stix for the little extra boost? I dont game that extensively but looking to be future-proof for awhile.

well AFAIK strix have better cooling quality,but if u only care about gtx 1080,u can get the turbo version

Strix if you like RGB and the design. Cooler temps on the Strix and slightly higher clock rate out of the box. If you can, go or it.
