Question which 16 or 8 gb memory card should i buy

im thinking of buying more ram for my hp pavilion gaming laptop which one should i buy plz
gpu: nvidia gtx 1650 ti
cpu:AMD ryzen 5 4600H with radeon graphics 3GHz
my current ram is ddr4 3200MHz SO-DIMM with a command rate of 1T
