I live in Australia - prices and availability aren't great.

- Motherboard is ASUS ROG Strix Z370-F Gaming
- Motherboard only supports Gen 3 NVMe SSD.
- PC is used for gaming

Are there any good reasons to go for the Samsung 970 EVO for gaming or should I just get the cheapest 2 TB NVMe SSD available?
Does the 970 EVO Plus make much of a difference as compared to the Z440 when it comes to gaming?
Options:
Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD 2TB for $329
OR
Team Cardea Zero Z440 M.2 NVME PCIe Gen4 SSD 2TB for $129
OR

For gaming the Team Cardero ssd is fine. Just make sure you buy it with a heat sink as those can run hot. $129 is a good price for 2 tb imho. It will run fine at Gen 3.
