I was deciding between these 2 cards I was leaning toward the Asus card just due to the fact I have an asus card now. Seems to me these 2 cards are both about the same.

ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX760 2GB GDDR5 256-bit, DVI-I/DVI-D/ HDMI/DP PCI-Express 3.0 SLI ready Graphic Card OC-selected 1072 MHz core

MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card N760 TF 2GD5/OC

Thanks

Solution
Purchase the ASUS version of the card it has Direct CU II which allows 20% better cooling for your card thus allowing you to OC it further than the MSI card and it is quiter.

Here are two reviews from the same website. Compare them side-by-side:

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GeForce_GTX_760_TF_Gaming/

For me, the noise level, 27 dBA for the MSI Twin Frozr versus 33 dBA for the Asus DirectCU is a deciding factor. Otherwise the cards are pretty evenly matched. Both come factory overclocked and sport all custom components on the PCB with very effective custom cooling.

Quotes:
"If you are looking for a GTX 760 with low noise output then stop looking. Simply buy the MSI GTX 760 GAMING as there is simply no other choice."

"Once you put serious load on the card, the fan will ramp up, but not by much. It is still not as quiet as I had hoped."
