Which AMD setup should I go for?

Hey guys. I recently found a steal on a new 4k monitor, it has support for freesync and not gsync. So I was wondering what configuration would be best. Currently the strongest competitors are dual 390X's or a single Fury X. What is the best option for around $700? (Note: I will be using an Intel i5
and 8gb of RAM in this system)
Edit: Monitor is AOC U2879VF if you are wondering

So from what I can tell (sorry, new to red team) Fury X is basically the green's Titan X in that it's basically not worth the upgrade from the previous card? Also, am I going to get any issues with dual 390x's (or 390's)

No more than any other dual card setup.

See, I've never done dual card setups so I am nervous to start, but if it is worth it I would be willing to learn, if anyone could tell me/defer me to somewhere I can learn pros and cons and problems that may arise with dual card setups, that would be great

If you're considering Crossfire (or SLI for that matter) it's worth reading a section of this post: http://www.anandtech.com/show/9874/amd-dual-fiji-gemini-video-card-delayed-to-2016
About half way down is a heading, "The Current State of Multi-GPU & AFR" - that's the bit that might interest you. The author is pretty pessimistic about multi-GPU setups, at least until DX12 and/or VR become much more widespread.

It's just one perspective and others will no doubt see it differently, but worth your time to read and consider I'd suggest.
