[SOLVED] Which anti-static wrist strap do you recommend?

Hi, I am re-building my expensive PC. Which anti-static wrist strap do you recommend? A site mentioned Rosewill ESD but some users mentioned that the actual length is too short (the advertise the length of unwined coiled length) and the clip is not strong. Thanks

I have never used one in over 3 dozen builds. I just ground myself by touching the metal Chassis part of the case before handling components.

I never used it in my two previous builds but this time, it has happened several times that when I touched the frame and the heatsink, I got relatively big shocks. I think some malefunctions of my new computer may be caused by that. Now I am rebuilding. Better be careful from now on.

If your more comfortable and have more confidence using the anti static strap, it can't hurt to use one.

So which products do you recommend? Anti static wrist strip or mat or glove? I live in Canada. It is about -15c.

Strap would be my choice.
