Which antivirus should i use?

I'm looking for a decent antivirus/Internet security that wont use alot of resources

Paid: Bitdefender, GDATA, Trend Titanium ,Norton.

which one would be better for a 4gb ram

My personal recommendation would be Bitdefender or Trend but they are all much of a muchness in regards to use of resources and performance.
