Which Board should i get ?

Octek Hippo DCA2 or the FIC 486 PVT board

Im looking for the most efficient speed i can get from a motherboard.... for a low budget price.

Also would i need a cpu cooler for these motherboards ?

It would be interesting if anyone has knowledge on these mobos

and can these run sim city 2000 and nhl 99 ?

Seriously, though. Why are you trying to build a computer with 20 year old parts? If you just want to play those games, there are easier ways to do it. For example, emulation.

I am in another dimension... it's the year 1995 and these are the latest motherboards.

I have most of a 1997 mac clone (yes, they existed for a few months). If it was whole and worked, it'd be worth a decent chunk of change. Unfortunately, it would cost far more than I want to invest to find out if it even works.
