Which board to go with?

I'm lost with motherboards though and have no idea which would give me the best bang for my buck. Would like to be around 50-80 CAD. So far I've found these..

Any input greatly appreciated, better deals, better product.. etc.
Also thinking of going with the corsair carbide 100r case, would this be a good choice?

I would go with the Gigabyte UD3P. 8 power phases and heatsinked VRMs.
