A low budget gaming build assembled around the i5-9400f or the Ryzen 5 2600? Both would have the same components (except motherboard, of course)
I know the Ryzen has the added virtue of OC'ing. But What if it's board was a 320 chipset board to keep it comparable with the non-OC i5-9400f?
