Which budget (Sub $120) monitor is the best for games?

I've built a computer, but I haven't decided on a monitor. I took a look at a few stores around town and found some FHD monitors with decent response times.

Viewsonic VX2257-MHD
AOC E2429SWHE
Samsung S24D300H
Samsung LS22D300HYY

All these monitors are around $100-$120, are 1080p, and all have decent response times and 60hz refresh rates. None of them really stand out to me (The Viewsonic has Freesync, but that's not helpful when I'm using a GTX 960). So I'm wondering: which is the best, particularly for playing Counterstrike, WoT, etc.? Is there another $120 monitor I should look into?

I've also been looking into over clocking monitors. If anyone has comments on over clocking these monitors, please leave your thoughts.

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960
RAM: 16 GB
PSU: EVGA 600w
HDD: 2TB HHD

Samsung are really good monitor. Get s24d since it has larger screen size and has less RT.
