the 2nd build will be much better for gaming, you can also drop the Aftermarket cooler if you want.

For gaming, the second one. There's not much in it when it comes to the CPU as the i5 4460 and 4690 are very closely matched, but the GPU of the second build will make a much bigger difference in-game.

It only has support for one graphics card, so as long as you don't want to Crossfire it should suit your needs.
