Hello, recently my motherboard died and I decided to upgrade my pc since it was about time.
Now im looking into some parts and Im trying my best to understand but at this point I just dont know what to do.

Im using my PC for school, recording music, content creation and gaming.

So this was the first build I came up with.
GIGABYTE AORUS B450 ELITE (ALREADY OWN THIS + I probably need the AMD bootkit -,-")
Ryzen 5 2400G + standard cooler
G Skill Ripjaws V 2x4GB (Im going to add more ram eventually)

Ive searched online and some claim the integrated graphics are comparible to a gtx 1030.
I also have a GTX 960 2gb from my old build, and there are some who claim that its better to have a ryzen 5 1600(x) or even a ryzen 5 2600 with a GTX 960.

I know the 1600(x) and 2600 are more powerfull cpu's.

Now I am on a budget, and Im already spreading out the buying of parts so im not in the position to buy a new graphics card this year. So my question is which build is better with the eye on a upgrade a year or more from now.

I hope I am clear enough english is not my main language.
Greets, Dave.

Solution
If a 2600 and your current 960 are in your budget definitely go that route and buy a better gpu later

And no you won't need a boot kit no matter what as b450 supports 1 and 2 gen Ryzen processors out of the box
