the aupcpartpicker one because the 8320 is not very good

 

[Rationale]

In practice they'll be about the same. The AU PC Part Picker build with the i7 will probably last a couple years longer without upgrading the CPU, but in the immediate future they're both great.

Both awesome, but I7 4770 is light years ahead of 8320. Definitely the better build because of it.
