I'd go with parts of each.
Well mainly the haswell E parts. However, the 1220 has 4 threads, like an i5. This has 8 threads. Also, no need for the cpu cooler, no oc'ing; the reference one will be fine. And I'd go with one, larger gpu - the 290 (the asus is better than stock,) or go with a 780.

still the ability to overclock with this one.
Took for the same money a nice 2tb hdd,still fast enough.
If you had some extra money compared to the original would a gtx 780 maybe possible.

You realy need the blu ray player?
